We only deliver within Zimbabwe. We do not deliver outside of Zimbabwe. Within Zimbabwe, we do deliver nationwide to all the 10 provinces including to all remote rural areas. We have delivery partners in all areas to ensure that every family in the country is covered.

You need to contact us first if you wish to pay via EcoCash or Western Union so that we can activate these options for you. We keep them switched off in order to prevent abuse – people place orders that they never pay for and we end up having to cancel them. If you do not own a credit card but have a family member or friend, why not give them the cash and you can use their card?

Our Standard Fee is $10.00 for towns within our normal delivery area. Delivery fees vary for other locations according to the weight and value of the order. Our minimum order sizes also vary by location. Please visit our Delivery Info page for more information.

Our minimum order value is $50 but we may adjust this downwards or upwards from time to time. Our system will alert you if your order value is below the minimum required.

We do not want your order to fall in the wrong hands. It is therefore important that there should be someone over the age of 18 to receive the order at home. We are happy to make arrangements with our customers when possible if there are special circumstances. For instance, if you would like to have a neighbor accept your groceries on your behalf or if you have a refrigerator in your garage where we can leave the groceries for you, please contact us prior to delivery.

Unless you have made arrangements with us in advance, we require that someone be home to accept the groceries. If unforeseen circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible. In the event that a delivery needs to be rescheduled or we arrive at your location and there is no one there to accept the delivery, we cannot be responsible for quality issues that result directly from the rescheduling and additional delivery fees may apply.

Yes. During the checkout process you will be asked for your delivery address. Simply change this address to the one you wish to have the delivery. Your selection will be delivered to the location you enter. Groceries can be a wonderful gift for someone you love!

If you are shopping from outside of Zimbabwe, your billing address is more than likely to be different from the delivery address for your order. Our system allows you to specify different billing and delivery addresses as you wish.
