ZiMart delivers in all the 10 provinces of Zimbabwe including remote rural areas. We accomplish this by partnering with various Agents throughout the country. The products we sell are produced in both Zimbabwe and South Africa which enables us to offer our customers a huge list of items at very low prices that our competitors can not match.

Company History

ZimSeller was formed in 2008 by a group of Zimbabweans domiciled in South Africa who understand the Zimbabwean grocery market. It was inspired by the need to enable Zimbabweans living in South Africa buy food and have it delivered to their families in Zimbabwe. Since we acquired the ability to process Credit Card payments online, we are now able to serve customers from as far away as Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and indeed elsewhere in the Diaspora.

Exchanges & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to exchange the item for you to better meet your needs and tastes. You can return the purchased items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund/Credit (less delivery charges) subject to our Returns Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver worldwide but groceries can only be delivered in Zimbabwe. Orders are processed on the first available business day after your order is placed. In most cases your order will arrive within a couple of days. Orders are delivered door-to-door by our own vans or by one of partners (Agents) along with a delivery confirmation. If it is your first time to pay with Credit card, the law requires us to wait at least 48 hours before we can process your order to ensure there is no possible card fraud involved. Bank transfers may take up to 7 days to clear. We are able to process your order the very next business day if you pay via Western Union or EcoCash.

We are pleased to offer online ordering of groceries for delivery anywhere in Zimbabwe. Shop online and we'll deliver groceries right to your door within 2-7 days depending on your delivery address or location. Same day delivery can be arranged if you pay with Western Union or EcoCash.

Customer care

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either replace it or credit your account, subject to the applicable terms and conditions. We will replace or refund the price of any defective products that you return to us within a reasonable time (see our Return policy) for more detail as returns must follow our returns procedure).
